The Pacific Fishery Management Council (Council) and its advisory bodies will meet November 13‐19, 2015 in Garden Grove, California to address issues related to management of groundfish, coastal pelagic species, highly migratory species, salmon, Pacific halibut, and habitat matters.

Salmon Technical Team, Salmon Advisory Subpanel, and Model Evaluation Workgroup to Hold Webinar November 4, 2015

The Pacific Fishery Management Council’s (Council) Salmon Technical Team (STT), Salmon Advisory Subpanel (SAS), and Model Evaluation Workgroup (MEW) will hold a webinar on Wednesday, November 4, 2015, which is open to the public.  The STT, SAS, and MEW will discuss items on the Council’s November 2015 meeting agenda. Major topics include, but are not limited to: Salmon Methodology Review, Salmon Management Schedule for 2016, and 2016 Pacific Halibut Catch Sharing Plan and Management Measures. The STT, SAS, and MEW may also address one or more of the Council’s scheduled Administrative Matters.

The webinar will be held November 4, 2015, from 1:30 p.m., Pacific Time, and will continue until business for the day is completed, but is expected to end no later than 5 p.m. Information on how to participate is below.
